Can I visit you for rentals without an online reservation?

Of course you can! We have arranged 3 places for your service so as always to have availability.

Can I store the hired equipment at my hotel/apartment?

Yes, definitely. Ιt saves you time and you avoid the morning rush, while most of the hotels offer daily shuttle service to the Gondola lift and back.

Can I pick up my rentals the day before?

Yes. Either booked online or at the spot, you can pick-up your equipment after 18:00 the day before your first rental day without extra charges.

My party wants to get fitted the day before our first rental day but we can visit you only before 18:00 or after your closing time at 20:00.

Before 18:00

Most of the equipment is on the mountain during day time and it is after 18:00 that it is back in the shop, dried and ready for fittings for the next day. Since you cannot make it after 18:00, visit us and we will be more than happy to find the best way to help you.

After 20:00

No worries. During the peak season (December 09 – March 31) our shop will be open probably until 21:00 to serve clients with late arrivals. Feel free to come in touch with us for fitting appointments after 20:00.

Where is your shop located in Bansko?

Our ski shop is at the northern border of the Gondola parking lot on the Nayden Gerov Str. (opposite Euphoria bar – restaurant). When you walking or driving Pirin Str. Looking at the mountain you will find us by turning right at the traffic lights just before the Gondola lift. We are the ground floor of Pirin Palace building. See a map here.

Can I trade my ski set in for a snowboard set (or vice versa) if I want to switch?

Yes, simply return your hired equipment to the shop and we will be more than happy to help. There is a pricing difference between the ski and snowboard equipment and among the categories so you just pay the small difference, if there is any.

Can I have days-off in between the hire period or my rental days have to be consecutive?

You may hire your equipment either for consecutive or non-consecutive days. Ask more at the front desks of our shops.

When do I have to return the hired equipment?

The check-out has to be made the afternoon of your last rental day until 20:00. In case you are not able to return the equipment on the last rental day but on the next one, do contact us to be given a new time for your check-out. If you return the equipment after the new deadline, there will be extra charges.

What happens if I lose or damage my equipment?

We cover light accidental damages caused to the equipment. In case of serious damages or loss of equipment, you are liable to pay for the equipment.

Can I bring you someone else’s equipment as a substitute in case I lose my equipment?

No, we cannot accept someone else’s equipment instead of the equipment we have hire you at the first place. Loss of equipment must be paid in any case.

Do you rent out thermal underwear and socks?

We consider those items of personal use and we do not offer such equipment for rent.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we do.
