Can I visit you for rentals without an online reservation?

Of course you can. However, an online reservation will secure you availability in your preferred equipment and of course you can save up to 15% off on equipment rentals!

Can I store the hired equipment at my hotel/apartment?

Yes, definitely. Ιt saves you time and you avoid the morning rush, while most of the hotels offer daily shuttle service to the Gondola lift and back.

Can I pick up my rentals the day before?

Yes, you can, without extra charges, as long as the ski resort is closed for that day.

Equipment fittings are held between 18:30-20:30 the day before your first rental day.

My party wants to get fitted the day before our first rental day but we can visit you only before 18:30 or after 20:30.

Most of the equipment is on the mountain during day time and it is after 18:30 that it is back in the shop, the boots have been dried and they are ready for fittings for the next day. Come in touch through an email with more information about the date and time of your arrival to inform you if we could help you with such a request. Sometimes, although we really want to help, it might be impossible due to high demand, therefore we thank you for your understanding while we do our best to offer you our best service.

Our shop is one of the very few in Bansko with such long opening hours. Our hard working team needs time to finish the overnight booking procedure and get a well-deserved break until the next morning at 07:00 when our shop opens. Thank you for respecting our passionate team and if you can’t make it until 20:30, you are very welcomed to visit us the next morning from 07:00 for your fitting and equipment collection.

Where is your shop located in Bansko?

Our brand new ski shop is located in Pitu Guli 9 str., Bansko, just 3 min walk away from the Gondola lift bottom station, in the heart of ski zone. You can easily find us through Google maps, simply by clicking TSAKIRIS Ski & Snowboard Bansko.

Can I trade my ski set in for a snowboard set (or vice versa) if I want to switch?

Yes! Simply return your hired equipment to the shop and we will be more than happy to exchange it for you. There is a pricing difference between the ski and snowboard equipment and among the categories so you just pay the small difference, if there is any.

Can I have days-off in between the hire period or my rental days have to be consecutive?

You may hire your equipment either for consecutive or non-consecutive days. You just need to inform our front desk the day before and the equipment should be returned in the shop, in case you have it with you at your hotel/apartment, if you wish not to be charged for your day off.

When do I have to return the hired equipment?

A daily rental is considered between 07:00-18:00. The equipment needs to be returned in the shop until 18:00 the latest, either it is your last rental day or you are just storing the equipment daily in the shop.

If you return the equipment after the suggested check out time, there will be extra charges.

What happens if I lose or damage my equipment?

We cover light accidental damages caused to the equipment. In case of serious damages or loss of equipment, you are liable to pay for the equipment.

Can I bring you someone else’s equipment as a substitute in case I lose my equipment?

No, we cannot accept someone else’s equipment instead of the equipment we have hire you at the first place. Loss of equipment must be paid in any case.

Do you rent out thermal underwear and socks?

We consider those items of personal use and we do not offer such equipment for rent.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we do, except American Express.
